Dakar. At least 30 bodies have been found aboard a boat adrift off the coast of the Senegalese capital, the army said on Sunday. The navy was informed of the boat on Sunday evening and sent a patrol to the area, 70 kilometres from Dakar, said Ibrahima Sow, spokesman for the Senegalese armed forces. The advanced state of decomposition of the bodies makes identification very difficult, the army said, adding that investigations would provide more information on the number of dead and the origin of the boat.
