Lon3r Johny is a Portuguese rap and trap artist, whose real name is João Freixo. Currently 30 years old, he started making music at the age of 18, in 2012, using the pseudonym “Johny BK”. The following year, he released his first song called “Escolhas”. After a season in London, he returned to Portugal in 2017 with a new musical style that combines Emo and Trap.
He gained national recognition when he joined Prof Jam’s Think Music label. In 2021, he released his first album “A Neve Vai Em Tour” and the following year his second album “Vida Rocksart”, which introduced a new style called rage trap, inspired by international artists such as Yeat. The third album, entitled “Ligação Tokyo”, was released in 2023.
The artist has already performed on stages such as the MEO Sudoeste festival in 2019 and at Rolling Loud Europe in Portimão the following year. The debut at the coliseums in Lisbon and Porto will take place next year, Lon3r Johny announced on social media this Tuesday, July 9. The concerts are scheduled foron March 14th and 21st, 2025, respectively.
The show’s lineup is expected to include “Uh La La La”, “Anti$$ocial”, “Diamente” and “Ao Teu Lado”, some of the trapper’s key tracks. He reached the general public in 2020, with the track “Tempo”, which features Bispo, T-Rex and Frankie On The Guitar, which already has 7.3 million views on YouTube.
Tickets are now available at site from Fnac. Prices range from €22 to €29.
