The president-elect of the United States, Donald Trump, yesterday appointed Brendan Carr (pictured in 2020), the highest-ranking Republican on the Federal Communications Commission, as director of the agency in charge of regulating broadcasting, telecommunications and band wide. He will end the regulatory assault that has been crippling America’s job creators and innovators.the tycoon said in a statement.
