Through her social networks, President Claudia Sheinbaum shared that yesterday afternoon she spoke by phone with Yamandú Orsi, from the Frente Amplio party, winner of the presidential election in Uruguay last Sunday. I was very happy to congratulate Yamandú Orsi, after the democratic victory for the presidency of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay. Mexico has great affection for the Uruguayan people.
