Leaders of allied countries praise the president

Reactions to President Joe Biden’s announcement were not long in coming, with praise coming mainly from leaders of allied countries.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky praised the energetic decisions Biden and expressed respect for his hard decision; Israeli President Isaac Herzog thanked the Democrat for his decades-long support to the Israeli people.

German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said his Friend Biden has achieved a lot: for his country, for Europe, for the worldand commented that His decision not to run again deserves respect.

British Prime Minister Keir Starmer said he respected the White House chief’s decision and paid tribute to his long political career; and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau described him as a great man.

For his part, the United States ambassador to Mexico, Ken Salazar, recognized the career of Biden, with whom he has worked for more than 20 years: It is a true profile of courage.
