A trip to space makes anyone think about the feeling of total freedom and independence. In “Space Cadet“Tiffany, a party-loving bartender, has always had this dream and does everything she can to become an astronaut. The only obstacles are her lack of a resume and limited knowledge, which will hinder her. The outcome of the story, which arrives this Thursday, July 4, on Prime Video, remains to be seen.

The new comedy stars Emma Roberts and is produced by Liz W. Garcia. The story takes place in Florida, when a friend tricks Tiffany into applying for a NASA training program. After being accepted, she finds herself surrounded by experienced colleagues, but she never gives up.

The dream has been with her since high school, when she was dedicated to her studies, but ended up giving up a scholarship to the University of Georgia when her mother died.

The film is being compared to “Totally Blonde“, precisely because of the hair color in common. The formula is not new and has been used in “Recruit Benjamin” and the “Rebirth of a Woman” — all face obstacles to achieve something seemingly improbable.

The surprise element of this one is that it takes place in an out-of-this-world setting — in space. Ultimately, the message is to inspire viewers to always stay true to their principles.

The cast also includes Tom Hopper, former model Gabrielle Union, Kuhoo Verma, Desi Lydic. Singer Sebastián Yatra from “Tacones Rojos” joins the cast.

Daughter of Eric Roberts (and niece of Julia Roberts), Emma Roberts is 33 years old and has a long list of projects under her belt (in total, there are more than 50). She started working regularly at the age of ten and has never stopped. She has appeared in films such as “Family Trip”, “The Mermaid in Love”“The Art of Passing Time”, “Nerve – High Risk”, “The hunt”, “Billionaires Club”, “Who We Are Now”, “Palo Alto” or “Nancy Drew”, between others.
