This week in Uruguay, a body and fragments of a shirt were found in a clandestine grave located on the premises of the 14th Infantry Battalion of Toledo, 22 kilometers from Montevideo. The remains are believed to be those of one of the people who disappeared during the military dictatorship (1973-1985). In June of last year, remains were found in that area, which almost a year later were identified as those of Amelia Sanjurjo, kidnapped and disappeared in 1977.
