Washington. Protesters against the war in Gaza held a sit-in at Capitol Hill offices yesterday ahead of a speech by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to Congress. Police made 400 arrests.

Netanyahu arrived in Washington on Monday for a visit that includes meetings with President Joe Biden and a speech he is scheduled to deliver to a joint session of Congress today.
