A new video has emerged showing the moments before and after the attempted assassination of former US President Donald Trump at a rally in Pennsylvania on July 13.
Released by the Butler Police Department, the footage is from an officer’s body camera as he looks up onto the roof where the shooter, Thomas Matthew Crooks, was. The officer is helped up by a fellow officer, but quickly climbs down: He turned around and pointed at mehe yells; then runs to alert other officers of the shooter’s presence and goes to his patrol car to grab a gun.
Who’s looking at him? He was right where you picked me up, on the left side.go on. Within seconds, more officers are seen approaching the building, unable to stop the shooter from shooting.
Meanwhile, Trump’s plane suffered a mechanical failure yesterday and was diverted while en route to Bozeman, Montana, for a rally. He made an emergency landing in Billings, the airport said.
