Brussels. The Brussels Court of Appeal yesterday condemned the Belgian State for crimes against humanity for having forcibly separated five mixed-race girls from their mothers during the colonialist period in Africa, a form of kidnapping for which he must compensate each of the victims, now in their seventies, with 50 thousand euros.
