In turn, the US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, stated that Washington will take all measurements necessary if its interests are attacked in the Middle East, and noted that the Israeli objective in Lebanon is legitimate.
Russia asked to stop immediately the spiral of violence in the region, declared yesterday the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia, Sergei Lavrov, at a meeting of the UN Security Council on the situation in the Middle East.
