The hearing that will define the future of the vice president of Ecuador, VerĂ³nica Abad, was postponed until the 9th, when it is expected to resolve the case in which she demands that the five-month work suspension imposed on her by the Ministry of Labor be lifted. and for which, if she remains, she will not be able to assume the position of interim president when in February the ruler Daniel Noboa asks for leave to run in the campaign with which he seeks his re-election. Abad was sanctioned for abandoning her position for three days during an international trip and indicates that she is a victim of political violence.
