The trend of watching classic films outdoors is not limited to Lisbon. In Tróia, one of the most popular destinations during the summer, there are also outdoor cinema sessions.

This Saturday, July 6th, marks the start of another edition of “Cine NOS”. During the months of July and August, the initiative returns to Tróia with open-air cinema sessions, every Saturday, at 9:30 pm, in Jardim do Norte. The program promises “lots of comedy, action and entertainment for all ages”.

“Cine NOS brings the seventh art back to the Alentejo coast, providing viewers with unique entertainment opportunities”, highlights the organization. The French comedy “The Revenge of Professor Poutifard” marks the beginning of the initiative, promoted by the largest cinema distributor in Portugal.

Over the next nine weeks, you will be able to watch films such as “Mission: Impossible – Reckoning – Part One”, “Wish”, “Professional Assassin” and “Cruella” at Jardim do Norte. The sessions that will transform Jardim do Norte into a movie theater are free.

The initiative is already a benchmark in the experience of watching cinema outdoors and reinforces NOS’ commitment to continue investing in the film industry, bringing the Portuguese closer to cinema during the holiday and leisure period.
