Butler. Supporters of Donald Trump gathered again yesterday in the city where the Republican candidate suffered an attack in July, which left him with an injury to his ear.

Trump’s defiant and highly publicized return to Butler came a month before the November 5 presidential election, a day that President Joe Biden warned could occur amid a climate of violence.
Trump has tried to revive the incident, announcing his return to the place where took a bullet for democracy.
Attention focused on the Secret Service, which was ridiculed in July for failing to provide adequate security a few hundred yards from where the shooter, before being shot to death, managed to fire eight times at Trump. Along with him, two of his followers were injured and firefighter Corey Comperatore died.
This time, security in Butler was much tighter, with sniper squads positioned in several surrounding buildings and a surveillance drone.
The Republican was accompanied by his vice presidential candidate, JD Vance, and billionaire Elon Musk, whom he has offered a role in the next government, if he wins the presidential election.
