Meanwhile, kyiv’s navy and military intelligence attacked and damaged an old gas platform used by Russian forces in the Black Sea, as Russia began a anti-terrorist operation to stop the incursion of Ukrainian troops, including those to evacuate 76,000 inhabitants of the Kursk region.
