Light southwest winds of 5 to 10 mph are expected. But they won’t bring much relief from the heat.

The weather is expected to change after sunset.

Overnight, temperatures will fall to a humid 67°F, and by early Thursday morning. The winds will shift to come from the west.

Health officials recommend staying hydrated and avoiding outdoor activities during the hottest part of the afternoon.
